We all had chance to take part in a samba drumming workshop.  Adam taught us how to play the instruments, how to put words to songs and how to play a beat.

We had a carnival king and queen from each class to represent us all.  They learnt a chant and a dance and they led the carnival parade.

 



Wow, this week has been Carnival Week and we have all had an amazing time!  Today we had our whole school carnival where we all sang and danced around the playground showing off our amazing head dresses!

 

We have also learnt the Cha Cha Slide which we all danced together!
