Rainbow Grammar
In Year 1 we use Rainbow Grammar to help us to make our sentences the best they can be. At the moment we are focusing on 3 main areas.
SUBJECT
The subject is who or what the sentence is about - the star of the show!
PREDICATE
The predicate is what the subject is doing or what is happening to the subject.
PUNCTUATION
Punctuation is used at the end or within the sentence.
